All bookings at Farah Naz require a prepaid deposit to secure your appointment. This goes towards your final bill and helps protect our stylists’ time.

Your deposit is non refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up for your appointment.

Some services may require a higher deposit or full prepayment especially for longer or specialist bookings. We’ll always let you know in advance if that applies.
