To ensure your safety and the teams’ safety we have put
some procedures in place. We would appreciate it if you could
have a read and work with us on these.
It is mandatory that we display the NHS Track and Trace QR code. Please download the app and feel free to use it on your visit. We have two QR codes situated in the salon – one on the reception desk downstairs and one on the wall as you enter the upstairs salon.
Please understand that we have had to undertake a lot of work in the salon to keep YOU safe.
We have had to order a sh!@tload of PPE too.
We will need to take extra time out to sanitise in between services.
We will be adding a small surcharge of £4.50 on all services.
This will be removed once things get back to ‘normal.’
We will be taking a £30 prepayment on ALL bookings. This is non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours.
Please also be aware that some colour services will initially not be the same as you regularly have done as we haven’t seen you for a long time. Those roots are no longer just standard roots baby!
Any additional colours/time will be charged for accordingly, as it normally is. Your stylist will talk through this at consultation.
Anyone who has had COVID-19 will also be required to have a NEW skin test also 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Please do not come to your appointment if you feel unwell or have been around anyone with COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks.
Please fill in your pre COVID-19 questionnaire that will be emailed to you 72 hours before your visit. If you do not receive one, we have them in salon also.
Please arrive no earlier than a few minutes before your appointment. This allows us time to clean and sanitise.
As our schedules are so tight and our waiting lists are so big, we are sorry to say that anyone who is over 15 minutes late may be turned away. However, it MAY be possible to offer a smaller service in the time frame we have. This will be at the discretion of the stylist.
Do not bring anyone else to your appointment, we have no waiting area.
The salon, equipment and we will be sanitised.
You will be asked to wear a mask. We can provide this for you.
We have wall mounted hand sanitiser by the front door, which you will be asked to use upon entry.
You will have the same styling station for the duration of the appointment and will be apart from the next station.
Where this is not possible there will be a Perspex screen.
Hand sanitiser will be available at every styling station.
All gowns, towels and gloves are used on you and nobody else.
Every section and stylist’s equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after every service.
The card machine, door handles, bannisters, light switches and other points of contact will be sanitised regularly.
There will be no magazines provided so please feel free to bring a book.
We have paper towels in the bathroom.
We will be serving contact free cold drinks. If you would like hot drinks, we will be serving these, but they will not be contact free.
There is a waiting system at the stairs.
As stated by the government guidelines, all staff will be wearing both masks and visors/goggles.
We would really appreciate if you could buy your retail haircare from us rather than online to help support us moving forward. Please do not touch the retail products as these are sanitised.
Do ask your stylist and they will be happy to help you.
