We understand things come up but short notice cancellations and no shows impact our team and business.

We require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If changes are made with less than 72 hours’ notice, your prepaid booking fee will be retained. No shows will be charged the full prepayment amount. 

Running late? Please call us. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and the prepayment will still be held.

Repeat offenders may be required to pay in full when booking.
