It is now mandatory that we display the NHS track and trace QR Code reader. Please download the app and feel free to use it on your next visit. we have 2 situated in reception downstairs and one as you enter the upstairs salon.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Please do not come to your appointment if you are having symptoms of Covid-19 or have been around anyone with symptoms.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. This allows us time to clean and sanitise.

You will be asked to wait outside the salon until the stylist is ready for you.

Do not bring anyone else to your appointment as we will have no waiting area.

You will be asked to fill in an online health questionnaire upon arrival.

DURING YOUR VISIT

PPE

You are required to wear a mask in the salon that we will provide for you whilst in the salon.

We have a wall mounted hand sanitiser by the front door, you will be asked to use it upon entry.

We also have mini santisers on every section so please feel free to use them.

We will be wearing a mask and safety goggles/visor when working on your hair.

We now have disposable paper towels in the bathroom for your use.

You will have your own sanitised PPE pack (gown, towel and cape) which we will ask you to put on (don’t worry we will help you with this)

ENTERTAINMENT

There will be no magazines provided so please feel free to bring your own in or a book.

REFRESHMENTS

We are serving contact free cold drinks at reception. You will have your own disposable cup for this.

We can also now serve hot drinks in disposable cups but this wont be contact free.

CLEANLINESS

After use, every styling station will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.

All stylists equipment will ne cleaned and sanitised after every use.

All gowns, towels and gloves are used on you and nobody else and are then washed and sanitised before re-use.

All touch points like the door handles, card machine, banister and light switches will ne sanitised on a regular basis.

SERVICES

Children’s services have resumed but please bring 1 child in at a time.
If the children can and will wear a mask we would require this. The 1 adult accompanying them must wear a mask also and respect the social distancing in place to other people in the salon.

We require anyone who has not been to the salon before to come in for a skin test 48 hour prior to your appointment.

We require a £30 prepayment on ALL bookings. This is non refundable if cancelled within 72 hours.

We will not be able to work to time pressure and simply cannot ‘squeeze’ anybody in. Please make an appointment.

We have added a £1 surcharge to every service. This helps contribute to some of the measures and PPE we have had to put in place to keep you safe and the team safe and to be able to keep our doors open.

Our schedules are tight and we are super busy so if you are over 10 minutes late you may be turned away or offered a different, suitable service that we can fit in the time frame.

If we cannot accommodate you we will keep the prepayment. Please understand we have just ‘lost’ a whole appointment time.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We have put social distancing measures in place in the salon.

There is a one way enter/exit system when entering the salon. Please enter when asked in case there is someone at reception.

We are now using every other styling station. You will have the same styling station for the duration of your appointment and will be 2m away from anyone else.

When at the backwashes, we are doing our best to use one at a time but in some cases cannot. We have put in a perspex screen between them.

We aim to have 1 person only to work on
your hair (maximum 2 people in some cases)

RETAIL

We really appreciate you buying your professional haircare from us rather than online. This really helps us moving forward.

All haircare retail product’s are sanitised.

Please refrain from touching the products. If you require any please ask your stylist and they will be happy to get them for you.
